Our Goal
At Total Control Remotes we will always strive to not only provide you and your family with a solution perfectly tailored to your best interest, but provide a unique learning experience that will make your investment and enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Home theater does not have to be a difficult experience and should be enjoyed by people of all ages and background.

 

Products
We consider all of the products we recommend and business partners we work with to be of the highest quality. We will strive to provide you with not only the best possible service, but the product to match. All of our controllers and other electronics have been selected for their quality, affordability, and ease of use.

 

Programming
Basic programming includes up to 5 devices, one touch macro buttons that will turn on the applicable devices, switch applicable inputs, turn on/off lights, set audio and video settings tailored to that activity, and bring you to an easy menu of choices. Also includes 5 pages of 8 channel icons (40) categorized by genre. User may select icon to change to that channel. This eliminates the need for knowledge of channel numbers. Each device page is created by determining what buttons are more important to the client than others. The device manuals are studied carefully by the programmer so that the client can have a full range of options while still keeping the remote simple and easy to use. Once the client fills out a small summary sheet that will give the programmer information about the system the programmer will draft a program that the client can use for a predetermined length of time. Before this time expires, the programmer will make any changes essential to operating the remote and providing the client with a comfortable and easy experience. Future changes down the line are subject to pricing guidelines.

 

Enhancement
On most of our house calls we will not only provide the client and family with a better understanding of the functionality of their home theater, but also optimize the system they are using in order to provide the best possible experience. This may involve changing settings on the display, audio settings on a receiver, or settings on a satellite or cable box set up box. Each of these types of changes will of course be documented for your reference.

 

Support
Have a question or problem with your remote or theater? Feel free to call us or send us an email. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. All calls will be returned in a timely manner and we have access to our email and phone messages 24/7. Also, if you change any equipment or want to add features to your programmed remote we will do so as soon as possible. All priority is given to our previous customers.

 

Consulting
Contemplating a home theater purchase? Afraid to go into one of the big name electronic stores because you are afraid that you will make a bad decision, get a pushy salesperson who will sell you something you don’t need, or even worse misinform you? We will consult with you on your options and help you make an informed decision based on your own personal unique situation. You will be educated on the features and options of the current home theater market trends to help you make the right choices for you and your family. We will show you how to use the equipment if you care to know, otherwise our simple remote configurations will handle it all for you. We want you to have the knowledge to enjoy your products – where you take it is up to you.

 

Pricing
Currently our pricing will be quotable based on the project. Look for a pricing sheet with specific services in the near future. Keep in mind that we already have a pricing model we follow, just have not had the chance to get it out on the web, so it is not advantageous to delay services.

 

Payment
Currently we accept pay pal (Valid Email address required), cash and checks on location only. We hope to support other forms of payment in the future.
