• Vincent from Total Control Remotes did a fabulous job programming my new remote. After having a complete entertainment center installed in my home by someone else I was very dissatisfied with the way the remote was working. They worked at my house for three days and took the remote to their place over a weekend and was never able to satisfy me. When Vincent became involved he created the program at his site, installed it on the remote at my house and then worked at my home for a little while customizing it to my personal preferences. I would highly recommend Vincent and Total Control Remotes to anyone.
